​​On April 20, 2016, 101133330 Saskatchewan Ltd. (operating as the Orr Centre Regina) filed a Notice to Creditors of Intention to make a proposal pursuant to Subsection 50.4(6) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Information regarding the proceedings can be found below.

On May 20, 2016, the Saskatchewan Court of Queen’s Bench ordered that these proceedings would be taken up and continued under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-36, as amended (the “CCAA”). Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as Monitor in the CCAA proceedings to oversee the operations of the Applicants during the restructuring.
