Notice is hereby given that OSSIMTECH INC. has filed a Notice of Intention to make a Proposal to its creditors under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and we have consented to act as trustee, as per the Certificate for notice of intention, dated May 21, 2019.

On June 17, 2019, OSSIMTECH INC. filed a Motion for an extension of delay in accordance with the Section 50.4 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. An Order was granted, and consequently, the delay to file a proposal has been extended to July 7, 2019.

On July 3, 2019, OSSIMTECH INC., filed a Motion for an extension of delay in accordance with the Section 50.4 paragraph 9 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. An Order was granted, and consequently, the delay to file a proposal has been extended to August 16, 2019.

On August 17, 2019, OSSimTech Inc. was deemed to have filed an assignment, as per the Report of Trustee on non–filling of Proposal, dated August 16, 2019.

The first meeting of creditors of the Bankrupt was held on September 3, 2019 at 2:00 p.m., at the trustee's office located at La Tour Deloitte, 1190 avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal, Suite 500, Montréal QC H3B 0M7.
