Rapid Rod Service Ltd.

Introduction and Overview

​On April 3, 2019, Rapid Rod Service Ltd. filed an assignment into bankruptcy pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed Trustee in Bankruptcy of the above mentioned company.  A copy of the Certificate of Appointment can be found below.

The Trustee obtained its discharge on March 22, 2021.
