Notice is hereby given that RENORUN INC. has filed a Notice of Intention to make a Proposal to its creditors under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and we have consented to act as trustee, as per the Certificate for notice of intention, dated March 27, 2023.
On April 27, 2023, RENORUN INC. was deemed to have filed an assignment. The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt was held on May 18, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) via conference call.
