On May 2, 2017, Saveonjetfuel.com Inc. (the "Company" or "SOJF") filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (the "NOI") under section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the "BIA"). Deloitte Restructuring Inc. consented to act as Trustee under the NOI (the "Trustee"). SOJF was granted an initial 30-day stay of proceedings pursuant to Section 69(1) of the BIA. On August 28, 2017, SOJF lodged with the Trustee a proposal pursuant to Part III of the BIA (the "Proposal"). Subsequently, the Proposal was filed with the Official Receiver.
On September 13, 2021, the Trustee was discharged from the proposal estate.
