​​​NOTICE is hereby given that SENSIO TEHCNOLOGIES INC. has filed on December 23, 2015 a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal to its creditors, a copy of which is attached, and that we have consented to act as trustee.

On January 18, 2016, Sensio Technologies Inc., filed a petition for an extension of delay in accordance with the Section 50.4 paragraph 9 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Said petition was granted, thereby having the effect of prolonging the delay in which to file the proposal an additional forty-five (45) days, until March 7, 2016.

On March 3, 2016, Sensio Technologies Inc., filed a petition for an extension of delay in accordance with the Section 50.4 paragraph 9 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Said petition was granted, thereby having the effect of prolonging the delay in which to file the proposal an additional forty-five (45) days, until April 21, 2016.

Sensio Technologies Inc. was deemed to have filed an assignment on the 22nd day of April 2016, as per Report of Trustee on non–filling of Proposal, dated April 22, 2016.

The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt was held on the 12th day of May 2016, at 10:00 a.m., at the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy, at 1155 Metcalfe, Suite 1070 (Sun Life Building), Montréal, QC  H3B 2V6.
