​On March 13, 2017, Steve’s T.V. & Appliances Limited (“Steve’s TV” or the “Company”) filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. (“Deloitte”) was appointed as trustee in proposal (the “Proposal Trustee”).

On April 12, 2017, the Company obtained an extension of the time for filing a proposal to May 27, 2017.

On May 24, 2017, the Company obtained an extension of the time for filing a proposal to July 11, 2017.

On July 12, 2017, the Company was deemed to have made an assignment in bankruptcy and Deloitte was appointed as Trustee (the “Bankruptcy Trustee”).
