​NOTICE is hereby given that Transport Medicar Inc. has filed on with us on October 31, 2017 a proposal under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.

On November 8, 2017, an Amended Proposal was filed. The Amended Proposal was sent to the creditors on November 9, 2017, with the Trustee's Report on the Amended Proposal.

A general meeting of the creditors was held on November 20, 2017, at 9 a.m., at the offices of Trustee, located at La Tour Deloitte, 1190 avenue des Canadiens-de-Montreal, Suite 500, Room 4-002, Montreal, Quebec.  Following the unanimous request of the creditors, the meeting was postponed to November 29, 2017 at 9 a.m., at the offices of Trustee, located at La Tour Deloitte, 1190 avenue des Canadiens-de-Montreal, Suite 500, room to be determined, Montreal, Quebec.

At the November 29, 2017 meeting, the proposal was approved by the required majority of creditors.

On November 30, 2017, Transport Medicar Inc. filed an assignment in bankruptcy and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed trustee in the bankruptcy.  The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt was held on the 14th day of December 2017, at 9 a.m., at the trustee's offices located at La Tour Deloitte, 1190 Avenue des Canadiens-de-Montreal, Suite 500, Montreal, Quebec. 

On December 13, 2017, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed to act as Receiver to all the assets of Transport Medicar Inc. pursuant to a receivership order rendered by the Superior Court of Quebec, Commercial Division under section 243 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
