On July 15, 2014, Trimor Mortgage Investment Corporation (“TMIC”) and Trimor Equity Corporation (“TEC”) filed assignments into bankruptcy pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the “BIA”) and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed Trustee in Bankruptcy of both of the above mentioned companies (the “Companies”).  Copies of the Certificates of Appointment can be found below.

The Trustee was discharged by the Court of the Queen's Bench of Alberta on June 3, 2019.
