On September 20, 2012, Trinity Diversified North America Limited (the “Company”) filed an assignment in bankruptcy pursuant to Section 49 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada). Deloitte & Touche Inc. was appointed as Trustee of the bankrupt Company.
