​Notice is hereby given that, in the matter of the bankruptcy of Tye-Sil Corporation Ltd. (the “Debtor”) that occurred on March 14, 2001 and of the nomination of Deloitte Restructuring Inc. as the new bankruptcy trustee on July 26, 2013 (the “Trustee”), the Trustee holds available funds to be distributed to entitled creditors, so that a Claims Solicitation and Procedure Order was rendered on June 25, 2015. Under that order, the Tribunal has ordered the Trustee to send a proof of claim form, which is enclosed herewith, to the known creditors of the Debtor. Any person who believes being entitled to a claim against the Debtor effective on March 14, 2001 must provide a duly completed proof of claim to the Trustee at the latest at 5 PM (Montreal time) on September 30, 2015 (“Claims Bar Date”) via mail, courier, fax or email:

ANY CREDITOR WHO HAS NOT DEPOSITED A PROOF OF CLAIM TO THE TRUSTEE AT THE LATEST ON THE CLAIMS BAR DATE SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED FROM PURSUING A CLAIM AGAINST THE DEBTOR AND SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE A DISTRIBUTION REGARDING THAT CLAIM.
