On the 19th day of December, 2014, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta as the Receiver of Visionary Motorsports Ltd. A copy of the Receivership Order is found below.The Receiver obtained its discharge on April 11, 2017.
