The Receiver made an application to the Court on March 31, 2011 (the “March 31 Application”) seeking approval of and authorization for the Receiver to file a Proposal (the “Proposal”) pursuant to Part III, Division I of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. At the March 31 Application, the Court granted the requested order and the Proposal was subsequently lodged with the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy on April 1, 2011. The general meeting of creditors has been reconvened to allow creditors to consider the Second Amended Proposal (the “Recovened Creditors’ Meeting”).
