As you are aware, 2106073 Alberta Ltd. Formerly Operating as Georgia's Liquor (the "Company") filed (or was deemed to have filed) an assignment on the 23rd day of October, 2020, and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as Trustee.
Deloitte Restructruing Inc. was discharged as Trustee as at December 13, 2021.
