Bellavita Title Inc.

Introduction and Overview

On July 31, 2019, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed by the Supreme Court of British Columbia as the receiver in respect of all of the assets, undertakings and property of Bellavita Tile Inc.

On October 18, 2022, pursuant to an Order for Discharge of the Receiver granted on December 11, 2020, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was discharged as Receiver and the Receivership Proceedings concluded.
