​NOTICE is hereby given that ​BLUE MOUNTAIN WALLCOVERINGS GROUPE INC. filed an assignment on August 8, 2016 and Deloitte Restructuring Inc., was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt, as stipulated on the Certificate of Appointment.

The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt was held on August 29, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., at the Trustee’s Office, Deloitte Tower, at 1190 Avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal, Suite 500, Montréal, Québec.

Proof of claim form, proxy form, and a list of creditors with claims amounting to $25 or more are annexed to the notice to creditors. Creditors must prove their claims against the estate of the bankrupt in order to share in any distribution of the proceeds realized from the estate.​
