​On October 18, 2024, the Quebec Superior Court (“Court") issued an Initial Order pursuant to the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (“CCAA") in respect of Chrono Aviation Inc., 9266-4325 Québec Inc., Chrono Jet Inc., 9351-7399 Québec Inc., Services Aériens Lux Inc./Lux Air Services Inc. and Avionique WAAS Inc./WAAS Avionics Inc. (collectively : “Debtors") and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed monitor (“Monitor"). ​​​

Since November 8, 2024, as per the effect of an order rendered by the Court on November 4, 2024, Chrono Aviation Inc., 9266-4325 Quebec Inc., Chrono Jet Inc. and WAAS Avionics Inc. have emerged from the restructuring proceedings and are no longer covered by said proceedings initiated under the CCAA.
