NOTICE is hereby given that FRUITSYMBIOSE INC. filed an assignment on March 21, 2017 and Deloitte Restructuring Inc., was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt, as stipulated on the Certificate of Appointment.
The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt was held on April 11, 2017, at 9:00 a.m., at the Trustee's Office, at 925, Grande-Allée Ouest, Suite 400, Québec, QC, G1S 4Z4.
Proof of claim form, proxy form, and a list of creditors with claims amounting to $1 or more are annexed to the notice to creditors. Creditors must prove their claims against the estate of the bankrupt in order to share in any distribution of the proceeds realized from the estate.
