Following a bankruptcy order rendered on September 6, 2022, GSMPRJCT CRÉATION INC is deemed to have made an assignment of its assets under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed trustee of the estate of the bankrupt.
The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt was held on the 27th day of September, 2022, by conference call.
