Homco Realty Fund (120) Limited Partnership filed an assignment in bankruptcy on the 22nd day of November 2016, and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt by the official receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the trustee’s appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors.

The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt was held on December 13, 2016, at 4:00 p.m., at the offices of Trustee, located at La Tour Deloitte, 1190 avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal, Suite 500, Room 5-032, Montreal, Quebec.

Creditors must prove their claims against the estate of the bankrupt in order to share in any distribution of the proceeds realized from the estate.
