On April 16, 2026, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as Interim Receiver (the “Interim Receiver") pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the “BIA"), by order of the Superior Court of Québec (Commercial Division) (the “Court"), in respect of Marine Property Leaseholds Ltd. (the “Debtor").

On June 4, 2026, pursuant to Section 243 of the BIA, the Court issued an order appointing Deloitte Restructuring Inc. as receiver (the “Receiver") over the property of the Debtor.
