On September 20, 2019, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed by the Court of Queen’s Bench for Saskatchewan (the “Court”) as Interim Receiver of Swift Hotels Group Ltd. (“Swift Group”), and in particular over certain property located in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.  A copy of the Interim Receivership Order is found below.

At the Court hearing on October 18, 2019, the Interim Receivership Order was further extended to November 29, 2019.

At the Court hearing on November 28, 2019, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was discharged as Interim Receiver, and was appointed by the Court as Receiver of the Swift Group.
