On March 17, 2017, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as Receiver of Titan Transport Ltd., Titan Logistics Ltd., Titan Transportation Ltd., and Titan Holdings Ltd. (collectively "Titan") pursuant to the Appointment Letter posted below. The receivership was a private appointment by HSBC Bank Canada, who holds security over all of Titan's assets. The Receiver of Titan Transportation Ltd. was discharged by HSBC Bank Canada on June 10, 2019. The Receiver of Titan Transport Ltd., Titan logistics Ltd. and Titan Holdings Ltd. was discharged by HSBC Bank Canada on October 3, 2019.
