On November 1, 2026, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed receiver and manager (the "Receiver") of Tripoint West Georgia Holdings Ltd., 1111801 Holdings Ltd., and 1231348 BC Ltd. (dba And-Co. Offices) (collectively, the "Debtors"), pursuant to an Order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
