On February 9, 2018, the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta granted a Bankruptcy Order against Westview Builders Inc. ("Westview") pursuant to an application by one of Westview's creditors, Ply Gem Canada Inc.. Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed a Licensed Insolvency Trustee of Westview. The Trustee was discharged on November 4, 2019.
