July 24, 2018 – By Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the "Court") dated July 24, 2018, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. ("Deloitte") was appointed as receiver (the "Receiver") of the assets, undertakings and properties of the Debtor.
Also on July 24, 2018, the Court issued an Approval and Vesting Order approving the going concern sale of substantially all of the Debtor's assets and business to Ingenious Packaging, Inc., an affiliate of Resource Label Group, LLC, pursuant to an asset purchase agreement dated July 20, 2018. That sale transaction closed effective July 30, 2018.
May 12, 2021 – Deloitte was discharged as Receiver pursuant to an Order of the Court dated May 12, 2021.
On August 2, 2018, the Debtor filed an assignment into bankruptcy and the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy issued a Certificate of Appointment of Deloitte Restructuring Inc. as trustee.
