On March 9, 2018, S. Wilson Construction Ltd. ("S. Wilson") filed a Notice to Creditors of Intention to make a proposal pursuant to Subsection 50.4(6) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.  Information regarding the proceeding can be found below.

On April 5, 2018, the Court granted an order which included an extension to the period within which S. Wilson is required to file a proposal to its creditors to May 23, 2018.

S. Wilson filed an assignment in bankruptcy on May 23, 2018.  The first meeting of creditors will be held on June 8, 2018 at 11:00am at the Regina Office of Deloitte Restructuring Inc., 2103 11th Avenue Mezzanine Level, Regina, SK, S4P 3Z8.
