​​​​​​​​​​​​​On July 25, 2025, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed by the Supreme Court of British Columbia as the Receiver and Manager of (in such capacity, the "Receiver") without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and property of 1075 Nelson Development Limited Partnership, 1075 Nelson Development GP Inc., and 1075 Nelson Development Holdings Inc. (collectively, the “Debtors").​​
