​5797501 Manitoba Ltd. o/a Fresh Projects ("Fresh"), a general construction contractor with its head office in Winnipeg, Manitoba filed an assignment in bankruptcy on March 25, 2020.  Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee (the "Trustee"), subject to affirmation of the Trustee's appointment at the first meeting of creditors (the "Creditors' Meeting").  The Creditors' Meeting will be held on April 15, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. CDT.  Given the unfortunate COVID-19 pandemic, and the recommended social distancing measures being exercised, the Creditors' Meeting will be conducted via conference call.

On December 22, 2023, the Court granted an Order substituting BDO Canada Limited in place of Deloitte Restructuring Inc. as the Trustee.
