​​​On February 5, 2025, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed receiver (the “Receiver") to the vast majority of the assets undertakings and properties of 9408-7129 Québec Inc. (the “Company" or “9408") by Superior Court of Quebec (Commercial Division), District of Montreal (the “Court").

In consultation with the Laurentian Bank of Canada (first rank secured lender and interim financing lender), the Receiver is conducting a sale and investment solicitation process (“SISP") for the sale of the shares or the assets of 9408, owner of the real estate project Du Musée in the center of Montréal.

The SISP has been lunched by the Receiver and interested parties have until 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), Friday, April 4, 2025 (the "Submission Deadline") to submit a bid, in accordance with the terms and conditions available on the Receivers' website.​
