​​​​Graham Brothers Construction Group Ltd.

As you are aware, on March 18, 2016, Graham Brothers Construction Group Ltd. (the "Company") filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (the "NOI") under section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the "BIA").  Deloitte Restructuring Inc. consented to act as Trustee under the NOI. 

On May 17, 2016, the Company was deemed to have filed an assignment in bankruptcy as no proposal was filed in the NOI proceedings. Deloitte Restructuring Inc. is Trustee in Bankruptcy.

On May 25, 2016, the Company was placed in receivership by Order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed Receiver Manager.  

On January 22, 2021, the Receiver was discharged from the estate.

On May 1, 2023, the Trustee was discharged from the estate.
