On February 24, 2025, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. (“Deloitte”) was appointed receiver and manager (the “Receiver”) of David Levine, Sir Humphrey Limited and First Metro Commercial Realty Corporation (collectively, the “Levine Group”) pursuant to security held by the Royal Bank of Canada.
