As you are aware, NujeN Inc. (the "Company") filed (or was deemed to have filed) an assignment on the 2nd day of August, 2019, and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as Licensed Insolvency Trustee.
On October 30, 2023, the Trustee received their discharge from the estate.
