As you are aware, Thoma Equipment Inc. (the "Company") filed (or was deemed to have filed) an assignment on the 26th day of May 2017, and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as Trustee.   

On October 21, 2024, the Trustee received their discharge from the estate.
