​​​On March 12, 2025, an order (the "Bankruptcy Order") was pronounced by the Supreme Court of British Columbia adjudging Trilogy Concrete 2021 Ltd. (the "Company") bankrupt on the same date, and appointing Deloitte Restructuring Inc. as trustee (the "Trustee") of the estate of the Company.

The First Meeting of Creditors was adjourned on April 1, 2025 and was held on April 23, 20225 at 11:00am PDT. At this meeting, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was replaced as trustee by MNP Ltd.
