​​On December 23, 2014 R Home Supply Centre Ltd (“R Home”) was assigned into bankruptcy by Order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia pursuant to Section 62 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act ("BIA"). Documents with regards to these proceedings will be posted to this website.  On December 30, 2014 the bankruptcy order was stayed pending an appeal by the Director of R Home.  On December 2, 2015, the appeal was dismissed and the bankruptcy order reinstated.  Documents with regard to these proceedings will be posted to this website.

On November 8, 2022, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was discharged as trustee in bankruptcy.
