​On August 27, 2026, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. (“Deloitte") was appointed by an Order of the Court of King's Bench of Alberta (the "Court") as receiver-manager (the “Receiver") without security, of the property of DSRM Enterprises Ltd. and Diamond Equities Ltd. (the “Companies") including, without limitation, all of the Companies' current and future assets, undertakings, and properties of every nature and kind whatsoever, and wherever situate, including all proceeds thereof.​​
