On April 13, 2023, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as receiver (the “Receiver") of the assets and undertakings of Under One Sky Productions Inc. (“UOS"), 101277428 Saskatchewan Ltd. (“1012") and MFL & Co Pictures Incorporated (“MFL" and, together with UOS and 1012, the “Debtors") by order of the Ontario Supreme Court of Justice.
