On October 31, 2017, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. ("Deloitte") was appointed by the Supreme Court of British Columbia (the "Court) as the receiver and manager (the "Receiver") in respect of all of the assets and property (the "Assets") of Network Intelligence Inc. ("Network" or the "Company").The Receiver assigned Network into bankruptcy on November 3, 2017 and Deloitte was appointed as the Trustee in bankruptcy of the Company.The Receiver is seeking offers for the assets of the Company and obtained Court approval on November 22, 2017 to accept a stalking horse bid and conduct a sales process with an offer deadline of December 15, 2017 at 10:00AM PT. Pursuant to a Court Order dated December 14, 2017, the Court approved an extension of the bid deadline to January 5, 2018 at 10:00AM PT. Further details are below under the Sales Process section.No other qualified bids were received on January 5, 2018 and the Stalking Horse Agreement is the Successful Bid.
