​​On April 14, 2021, Fireweed Brewing Corp. ("Fireweed") made an assignment into bankruptcy for the general benefit of creditors pursuant to the provisions of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act ("BIA") and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. ("Deloitte") was appointed as Licensed Insolvency Trustee of the estate ("Trustee").

On September 3, 2021, Deloitte was appointed by the Supreme Court of British Columbia as Receiver and Manager (the "Receiver") in respect of all the assets and property of Fireweed.
