​​On April 13, 2026, 9533-6293 Québec Inc. filed a Notice of Intention to make a proposal (the "NOI") pursuant to section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the "BIA") and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. has consented to act as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee (the "Trustee") under the NOI.  As provided in section 69(1) of the Act, the Company was granted an initial 30-day stay of proceedings.

On May 12, 2026, the Superior Court of Québec (Commercial Division) (the "Court") granted an application filed by 9533 6293 Québec inc. pursuant to section 50.4(9) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act seeking an extension of the time limit to file a proposal. As a result, the deadline to file a proposal was extended by an additional period of forty five (45) days, namely until June 26, 2026, inclusively. The application was supported by Deloitte Restructuring Inc., in its capacity as Trustee.

On June 26, 2026, the Court granted a second application filed by 9533-6293 Québec Inc. pursuant to section 50.4(9) of the BIA, further extending the time limit to file a proposal up to and including August 10, 2026.​

On August 7, 2026, the Court granted a third application filed by 9533-6293 Québec Inc. pursuant to section 50.4(9) of the BIA, further extending the time limit to file a proposal up to and including September 24, 2026.
