Introduction and Overview

On December 17, 2014, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. (formerly Samson Bélair/Deloitte & Touche Inc.) (“Deloitte”) was appointed to act as Receiver to all the assets, undertakings and properties, other than the assets related to the Vezza gold mining site as described in the initial order (the “Property”), of Aurbec Mines Inc. (“Aurbec”) pursuant to a receivership order rendered under section 243 BIA by the Superior Court of Québec, Commercial Division (the “Receivership Order”).
