Pursuant to the Receivership Order granted by Court of Queen’s Bench for Saskatchewan, Judicial Centre of Battleford, on November 16, 2011, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. (formerly Deloitte & Touche Inc.) was appointed as Receiver and Manager (“Receiver”) of Buck and Bear Wilderness Adventures Ltd. and 8 Acre Holdings Ltd. The Receiver obtained its discharge on October 26, 2016 upon filing of the Receiver’s certificate with the Court.
