August 17, 2015 – By Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the "Court") effective August 17, 2015, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as the receiver (the "Receiver") of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Freightcan Global Inc. ("FGI" or the "Debtor") acquired for, or used in relation to the business carried on by the Debtor, including all proceeds thereof.
September 21, 2018 – By Order dated September 21, 2018, the Court approved the discharge of Deloitte Restructuring Inc. as the Receiver of the Debtor.
