Gradek Energy

On October 15, the Petitioners, Gradek Energy Inc. (" GEI ") and Gradek Canada Inc. ("GEC" and collectively, "Gradek Energy"), hereby sought and obtain an Initial Order (the "Initial Order") under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA") from the Quebec Superior Court (Commercial Division) (the “Court”). The Court has appointed Deloitte Restructuring Inc. (formerly Samson Bélair/Deloitte & Touche Inc.) to monitor the business and financial affairs of the Petioners as an officer of the Court (the “Monitor”).
