​August 7, 2015 - NOTICE is hereby given that Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed to act as Receiver to all the assets, undertakings and properties of HRH Hotels Ltd. pursuant to a receivership order rendered by the Superior Court of Québec, Commercial Division under section 243 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.

NOTICE is hereby given that HRH Hotels Ltd. filed an assignment in bankruptcy on the 22nd day of November 2016, and Deloitte Restructuring Inc., was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt, as stipulated on the Certificate of Appointment. The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt was held on December 13, 2016, at 2:00 p.m., at the Office of the Trustee, La Tour Deloitte, at 1190 avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal, Suite 500, Room 5-032, Montréal, Québec.

Proof of claim form, proxy form, and a list of creditors with claims amounting to $25 or more are annexed to the notice to creditors. Creditors must prove their claims against the estate of the bankrupt in order to share in any distribution of the proceeds realized from the estate .
