November 5, 2015 – The Court issued an Order approving, among other things, the payment of a distribution to Bank of Montreal, and granting the discharge of the Receiver upon completion of the administration of the estate. The Court granted a further Order discharging a mortgage registered against the vessel named Transporter No. 2.
January 20, 2016 – The Receiver has completed its administration of the estates and has been discharged pursuant to the Discharge Order dated November 5, 2015.
