Mometal Structure Inc.

Introduction and Overview

On May 8, 2019, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed to act as Receiver to all the assets of Mometal Structure Inc. pursuant to a receivership order rendered by the Superior Court of Quebec, Commercial Division under section 243 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.

On October 7, 2019, Mometal Structures Inc. filed an assignment in bankruptcy and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as Trustee of the estate of the bankrupt by the Official Receiver. The meeting of creditors was held on October 24, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Office of the Superintendant of Bankruptcy.
