​By Order of the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario dated July 12, 2019, Deloitte was appointed as the receiver in respect of all the assets and properties of National Recycling Inc., Scraport Inc. and 2139483 Alberta Ltd.

On August 27, 2020,  the Court granted the Receiver permission to assign National Recycling Inc. (“NRI”) into bankruptcy and subsequently the Company was assigned into bankruptcy on September 21, 2020.

The first meeting of creditors for the Company will be held on October 9, 2020 at 10:00am MTN through electronic or digital means of communication. To be entitled to vote at the meeting you must file with us, prior to the meeting, a proof of claim form, and where necessary, a proxy. The Receiver obtained its discharge on August 27, 2020.

The Trustee obtained its discharge on October 25, 2023.
