​On May 29, 2014, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. (formerly Samson Bélair/Deloitte & Touche Inc.) was appointed by the Superior Court of Quebec (Commercial Division) of the District of St-Hyacinthe as Receiver of all properties of Produits Forestiers Direct Inc. ("PFD"). 

On January 20, 2015, PFD filed an assignment and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as Trustee of the estate of the bankrupt by the official receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the trustee's appointement or substitution of another trustee by the creditors.
